How many of you head to work on a daily basis with one thing on your mind, that bitch at work? For most of you in this scenario, you may feel depressed more often than not as your attention is primarily focued on what that bitch is doing and why that bitch got a promotion, etc. This can be a very sad way to live life. Remember that you spend a large portion of your time at work and you aren’t getting any younger, so why spend such a large portion of your life angry or sad? The more you continue down this route, the more years of sadness and anger you get to add to your resume. Wouldn’t you love to head to work motivated and excited for the day? Wouldn’t you love to release your continual focus on that bitch? The first step is realizing that your bitch is indeed nothing more than a response from your mind to the current environment presented to you. You created the bitch when in fact there is no bitch at all. Over time your mind has formed a habit to view this individual as a bitch due to it’s associated negativity when reacting to input regarding that person.
Lose the Bitch, Gain the Boost
Think about it, that bitch at work is someone elses lover, mother, or father, etc. Someone stares into that bitch’s eyes at night while having an orgasm (oops sorry for that one). My point is that you create that bitch in your mind and maybe that thought is strengthened by others who think the same way. It is up to you to view that bitch differently and to react to their input differently. This doesn’t mean you need to like the bitch (or even refer to the bitch by his/her real name), you just need remove the bitch from your current thinking. You’re vision needs to change before you can actually change the way you feel. Once you train your mind to interpret the bitch differently, you can focus your energy on the task at hand!
